Shipping

We offer 2 different options for you to get your new Benchmaster Stress Free chair. 

  1. FREE in-store pickup. Pretty self explanatory here, you can pick up any purchase at our store, of course, free of charge. We would be happy to assemble your new Benchmaster chair for you, free of charge.
  2. Nationwide Fast & Free UPS Delivery. As soon as you place your order, we will label and ship your new chair via UPS Ground. This delivery service is free of charge. Your new stress free chair will arrive packaged and boxed and additional assembly is required. Assembly instructions are included in the package with the chair in addition to being linked on the applicable product webpage.

Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for delivery. Exact transit time depends on your destination.

    Furniture Inspection

    It is your responsibility to inspect your furniture to ensure that it has not been damaged during delivery. If damage has occurred, please contact us immediately. Any damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery will not be covered.

    Return Requests

    A 30% restocking fee will apply if you want to return an item. Any return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your furniture. Any return request after 7 days of receiving your furniture will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you do not return in-store, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

    Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@qualitywoods.com.

    Return Shipping
    To return your product, you should mail or ship your product to: 1231 Hwy 52 North Rochester Minnesota US 55901. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
