When We Contact You

Our standard process is to contact you when your order is coming out of finishing to collect any remaining balances and provide your estimated delivery window.

Checking Status

Your invoice order confirmation (emailed to you at the time you placed your order) contains the original estimated build time window for your order. If you are contacting us several weeks prior to that window, we may not have any new information for you.

If you would still like to check the status of your order, please include your order number and/or the name that is on your order in the contact us form. Keep in mind that our craftsmen in the shops are Amish and communication is a unique challenge. It may take several days to hear back from us with your order status.
