Curbside Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
Curbside Delivery includes placement of your furniture at the first covered area of your home, such as a garage, porch, or entryway. This service does not include in-home placement or assembly.
Customer Responsibility
All in-home moving, handling, placement, and assembly of the furniture is the sole responsibility of the customer after Curbside Delivery is completed. Customers are responsible to look over all pieces upon delivery and sign that their pieces arrived in satisfactory condition. If anything arrives damaged, pieces can be rejected and taken back by the hauler for repairs, all hauling and repairs covered by QW.
Assembly & Setup
Our furniture is handcrafted and may not include step-by-step assembly instructions. Proper assembly requires care, attention to detail, and appropriate tools. The customer is responsible for ensuring all components are correctly installed, aligned, and secured before use.
Heavy & Large Items
Many of our pieces are constructed from solid wood and can be heavy, large, and difficult to handle. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have adequate help, equipment, and safe conditions to move and install items without risk of injury or damage.
Damage & Liability
We are not responsible for damage to the product, personal property, or home resulting from customer handling, movement, or assembly after curbside delivery. Any damage occurring under these conditions is not covered under warranty or liability. If you have purchased a Guardsman protection plan on your order, you may submit a claim for accidental damage directly through them.
Glass & Structural Components
All shelves, glass components, and structural elements must be fully and securely installed prior to use. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improperly installed or unsecured components.
Questions or Missing Components
If any parts appear missing, damaged, or unclear, please contact us before proceeding with assembly. We are happy to assist to ensure proper setup.
Recommended Service Upgrade
If you have any concerns about safely moving or assembling your furniture, we strongly recommend selecting our In-Home Delivery service, which includes professional placement and assembly.
