Your chair arrives boxed and needs to be assembled. Instructions are included in the package and linked on the product page, so you can review them before you order. Picking up in store? We’re happy to assemble your chair for you at no charge — just let us know.

Transit time: Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery. Exact transit time depends on your destination.

How Delivery Works

Your Order Ships

As soon as you place your order we label your chair and send it out, almost always by UPS Ground or FedEx. Plan on an additional 1–2 weeks in transit depending on where you are.

Your Chair Arrives

Almost every order arrives boxed at your door by UPS or FedEx, with no appointment needed. On the rare larger shipment that travels by freight instead, the carrier will call you to schedule a curbside delivery time, and someone will need to be there to receive it.

Inspect Right Away

Open the carton and check your chair for damage as soon as it arrives, then contact QW right away if anything is wrong. If your order came by freight, note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for it.

Please report any damage within 24 hours.

It is your responsibility to inspect your furniture for damage that occurred in transit. Damage that is not reported within 24 hours of delivery cannot be covered, so please open and check your chair the day it arrives — even if you don’t plan to assemble it right away.

Return Requests

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your furniture. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return your chair in store, there is no return shipping cost — otherwise you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please contact QW at sales@qualitywoods.com before arranging a return so we can review your request and provide instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we received it and to let you know whether your refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or return shipping costs.

Partial refunds may be granted for any item that is not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, contact us at sales@qualitywoods.com.
