Your chair ships boxed with everything you need to put it together, including step-by-step instructions. Want a look first? The instructions are also on the product page. Picking up in store? We’ll gladly assemble it for you at no charge.

Transit time: Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery. Exact transit time depends on your destination.

How Delivery Works

Your Order Ships

As soon as you place your order we label your chair and send it out, almost always by UPS Ground or FedEx. Plan on an additional 1–2 weeks in transit depending on where you are.

Your Chair Arrives

Almost every order arrives boxed at your door by UPS or FedEx, with no appointment needed. On the rare larger shipment that travels by freight instead, the carrier will call you to schedule a curbside delivery time, and someone will need to be there to receive it.

Sink Into Comfort

Unbox your chair, give it a quick look-over, and settle in. If anything isn’t right, just let us know and we’ll take care of it. If your order came by freight, jot any visible issues on the delivery receipt.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out as expected. Returns requests may be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Full details are below.

Return Requests

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your chair. Requests made after 7 days can’t be accepted. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your chair must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you're unable to return the chair to our Rochester showroom, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Please contact us at sales@qualitywoods.com before arranging a return so we can review your request and send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at QW, we’ll inspect it and let you know when your refund has been approved and processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Items returned damanged, incomplete, used or otherwise not in their original condition may qualify for only a partial refund.
